At Daicia, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return or exchange period for both defective and non-defective items.

Return Window

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Shipping Cost

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind, size, color, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us first.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@daicia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the address above in its original condition.

Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • No restocking fees will be charged on eligible returns.

Exchanges We support size or color exchanges subject to stock availability. If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.

Defective or Wrong Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@daicia.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping cost.
