At Daicia, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return or exchange period for both defective and non-defective items.
Return Window
- You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Return Shipping Cost
- For non-defective returns (change of mind, size, color, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us first.

Return Process
- Contact us at info@daicia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address above in its original condition.
Refund Policy
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- No restocking fees will be charged on eligible returns.
Exchanges We support size or color exchanges subject to stock availability. If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
Defective or Wrong Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@daicia.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping cost.
